BUILDING INSPECTION Requirements to be Completed By: 1 30 -03 08/18/2003 1 the basement unit has not beed inspected 2 need tempered glass by doors and in doors 3 gfi needed in bath and kitchen 4 need proper seperation of mechanical room 5 cannot have thumb turned dead bolts BUILDING INSPECTION ELECTRICAL Requirements to be Completed By: g-30 -03 08/18/2003 UNTIL BASEMENT AND OTHER PROBLEMS RESOLVED -SEE BUILDING INSPECTION. ZONING Requirements to be Completed By: /0 - / -o 08/14/2003 OK FOR TCO WITH CONDITION THAT THE 3 TREES NEED TO BE INSTALLED BY 10-1-03PB. ENGINEERING Requirements to be Completed By: 4-0-4 08/15/2003 TCO until concrete curb and gutter and walk repaired could have TCO until Spring 2004 as repairs on Mulburry will impact repairs on Stover. If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. Authorized By Date of Issuance NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owner's name. Construction power rates may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills. 08/18/2003 3:57:28 PM
