Dear Landlord, Owner, Manager or Tenant, It has come to our attention that the property at the above address is in
violation of the following seetion(s) of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code:
4.5 ( C)
Description of Violation:
The property at 65 S. Taft Hill Rd. is within the Low -Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood (LMN) zoning
district. The storage of RV's and other vehicles is not a permitted use in the LMN zoning district. We ask
that you cease operating the property as vehicle storage facility correcting the violation on or before
February 13, 2008.
Please have these zoning code violations corrected by 2/13/09
If you cannot comply within this time limit, please contact this office and explain any mitigating circumstances you
feel may be cause for an extension. Please be advised that failure to comply can result in a court summons requesting
your appearance in Municipal Court. As a misdemeanor, a maximum of $1000.00 per day of violation can be
imposed.
