Dear Ms. Wyman,
During the inspection of the house at 622 Grant St. in Ft. Collins, it was apparent the
house has been used as a duplex in the past, with one unit in the basement. Changes have
been made to the basement living area, but there was evidence of a former kitchen which
was converted and there are still the two bedrooms, bathroom and living room present.
