Per our contract with FC Caribou L P we have performed inspection services for the above referenced
project The Inspections were performed between February 29 2008 and April 15 2008 The following
services were provided
• Perimeter Trench Inspection
• Inteuor Trench and Post Tensioned Slab on Grade Inspection
• Tendon Elongation Inspection
Based upon our inspections for the abo,.e referenced structure it is our opinion that the toundation
construction is in substantial conformance with applicable construction documents and specifications at
the time of the inspection
