Dear Mr. Goree:
The Larimer County Department of Health & Environment (LCDHE) has received
a report from Century Environmental Hygiene, LLC titled "Final Report for
Methamphetamine Remediation" performed at 614 Endicott Street in Fort
Collins, Colorado, dated August 13, 2008. The report documents the remediation
of contamination associated with methamphetamine activities within the above
noted property along with certification from the Industrial Hygienist that the site
has been decontaminated to levels established by the Colorado State Board of
Health in the Regulations Pertaininq to the Cleanup of Methamphetamine
Laboratories.
Based solely on the findings documented in the August 13, 2007 report, the
LCDHE will not ask for any further remediation. A copy of this letter will be sent
to the Sheriff's office to notify them that the property address may be removed
from the Drug Task Force website. The appropriate Building Department will
also receive notification that the property, no longer requires entry to be restricted
or to be posted as a "Public Health Nuisance" and "Dangerous Building". A copy
of this report will be kept on file at the Health Department for seven years. If you
