Dear Mr. Sherman:
On May 7, 2007 we visually observed the exterior perimeter drain and damp proofing for the
residence being constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion the perimeter drain is in
general conformance with the soils report by Earth Engineering Company Inc., Project No. 06-01-
115, dated February 9, 2007.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover items other than those listed, site
grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, structural, or architectural features of the
