Dear Mr. Sherman:
On April 26, 2007 we visually observed the footing forms and reinforcement for the residence being
constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion the footing widths and reinforcement were
in general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1234-01-01 C, dated March 15,
2007, revised April 23, 2007.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site gradinglelevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the

On April 30, 2007 we visually observed the foundation wall reinforcing placed in the forms for the
residence being constructed at the above referenced site. It is our opinion the reinforcement was in
general conformance with our Foundation Plan, Project Number 1234-01-01C, dated March 15,
2007, revised April 23, 2007.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site gradinglelevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
