RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: April 22, 2008
This memo is regarding an address change for two existing buildings located on parcel #
9713210022, near the northeast corner of E. Laurel and S. College Ave. The legal
description is as follows; N 45 FT OF S 95 FT OF LOT 12, BLK 126, FTC.
The Southern building located within this parcel originally carried an address of 646 1/2S.
College Ave, and the northern building to the north had 646 S. College Ave address.
This property is currently being remodeled, so at this time an address change is being
done to eliminate the t/2 address. Therefore, a new address has been issued to the
northern most building of 644 S. College Ave, and the 646 1/2 address is now just 646 S.
College Ave.
Hereafter: The northern most building located on parcel # 9713210022, will now carry
an address of 644 S. College Ave. (which has a 2nd floor loft above it that has been
assigned Unit #200). The southern most building on this same parcel, which currently
occupies Deja Vu Coffee house will no longer carry the 1/2 address, but now just has an
address of 646 S. College Ave.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
