Please find attached a check for $12,034.38, payable to the City of Fort Collins.
This sum of money is to be placed in escrow to cover the required landscape installation
at 802 Blondel Street.
This amount is not to be refunded without written verification from the Zoning Office
stating that the required landscaping has been installed.
