Gentlemen
I made two site observations during the installation of the pipe piers at the referenced location.
Based on my observations and the record you provided of the pier installation length and pump
pressures it is my opinion the piers were installed in substantial accordance with my
recommendations outlined in my report dated September 25, 2007 with the following revisions
per the owner. The two piers at the east end of the garage wall were not installed per the
owner, however an additional pier was installed near the center of the garage bay on the south
wall.
