Recently this office was questioned about permit issuance for construction being
performed at the above referenced address. Our records do not indicate any permits for
the work in question.
Often times the public is not aware building permits are required by the International
Building Code as adopted by the City of Fort Collins.
If there is construction of any kind being performed at this address, please take a
moment of your time and contact the City of Fort Collins Building Permits and
Inspections office to determine whether a permit is required.
