I, Jeff Evans, manager of West Prospect Investments, LLC, am listed as the owner of record on
this building permit #130705958. 1 am informing you that the general contractor of record, Kiss
Construction, LLC, Conrad Ganzhorn III, license holder whose address is 730 West Prospect
Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526, has resigned and is no longer the general contractor for this
project. We are actively seeking the replacement general contractor. We will inform you with
the name, company and license number at that time.
West Prospect Investments, LLC has been informed by Mike Gebo, that Kiefer Concrete may
finish the foundation work. Once the new general contractor is in place, the remaining work on
the project will continue. The permit is to remain open and active.
