Doreen or Mary Jane,
I received a call from the homeowner at 626 Atwood Court yesterday (1-17-2008) to ask
me some questions about how to do very basic hook-ups on the fixture final. The
installations they were inquiring about are so basic it makes me uncomfortable.
I had explained. to Mary Jane back in June of 2007 that the homeowners wanted to do the
fixture final themselves after I do the rough in. She explained that what I needed to do
was fax a letter over to the City requesting to be removed from the permit after my rough
in had been inspected, and I would be released from the permit.
I thought I had faxed a letter over, but either I forgot, or it was misplaced. Due to liability
issues, I am now sending in a letter (possibly again?), requesting that my company and
license be removed from the fixture final phase portion of the permit from this address:
