On October 19, 21, and 26, 2005, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation
wall for the rear porch at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing
sizes, footing reinforcing steel and foundation wall reinforcing steel are in substantial
conformance with the foundation plan for the project.
