On June 1a1, 2006I made an open hole inspection for the subject project and found the soil
suitable for construction. On the same day I inspected the footings and found them ready
for concrete.
On June 8th, 2006 I made an inspection of the rebar in the walls and found the rebar to be
installed as per plans and specifications.
On June 12, 2006 I made an inspection of the remaining walls and found the rebar to be
installed as per plans and specifications.
