College Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 Re: 6320 Westchase Road, Permit #B0601628 Dampproofing and Perimeter Drain Observation To Whom It May Concern - This letter is to confirm that the dampproofing and the perimeter drain installation was in accordance with the plans and specifications as outlined in the construction documents and soils report #FC-2157, dated April 16, 2002 prepared by CTL/Thompson, Inc. pertaining to the project known as the Austin Residence. As observed during the concrete phase of construction, project known as the Austin Residence located at 6320 Westchase Road, the dampproofing and perimeter drain systems were installed as per plans and specifications. The perimeter drain systems were tied to an interior sump pit as designed. I hope this meets your requirements as to the confirmation of the installation of the dampproofing and perimeter drain systems.
