Gentlemen:
On June June 24 and 28, 2004, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel
at the referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes and wall steel reinforcement were in substantial
conformance with the recommendations and foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates, Inc., Project No. 23335.
