As the owner of the property located at 808 E. Mulberry St, I am authorizing
Michael Nelson DBA Kool Rides Custom Detailing to erect a free standing sign on the
property. It is my desire that the sign be located in the same place as previous signs. I
will also authorize temporary sinage including banners and window paint to be used.
