Subject: Framing Observation
648 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado
Project No. SF01322
Mr. Lollar,
We conducted several site visits to the above referenced site. These site visits were conducted to
observe the new and modified framing for the Noodles and Company remodel. We used the original
construction documents along with several plan revisions and additional detail sheets to conduct
these observations.
We observed the second floor framing from the main floor. The second floor patio framing was
observed on a limited basis through the removal of several decking boards. The second floor wall
system was observed after the steel framing had been installed and following the sheathing
installation. Based on our observations the observed framing was installed and completed in
substantial compliance with the plans, details, and emails prepared by Monroe & Newell.
This report is based upon our site observations, a review of the documents provided, and our
experience with projects of this type. Our observations were limited by the presence of backfill, wall
and ceiling coverings, and other finishes. Unseen defects may exist which could affect the
performance of the structure. Therefore, no warranty regarding future performance of the structure
is expressed or implied.
Very truly yours,
