You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105.1 regarding the installation of a
tank less water heater located at the above referenced address without a permit in place
prior to the work commencing. •Also the gas line to the range will require fixing and
testing prior to the service being reconnected.
These Code violations shall be corrected `by, 01/ 27/2007
If you ,cannot comply 'within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court, summons and be subject to a rtiax,nuni fine of $1000.00 per
day per violation ..
