We have visually inspected the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 49, Coventry, (4719 McGraw Circle), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This inspection was performed on June 17, 1998.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in substantial conformance with KLP Engineering
foundation plan, Job No. 5037.
