Box 174 HH Longmont, CO 80502 Dear Mr. Combs: Public Service Company of Colorado Post Office 1668 Fan Collins, Colorado 30522 On November 14, 1989, a Public Service Company employee made a service call to the property located at 600 Mathews Street, Fort Collins. Inspection revealed that the boiler of producing carbon -monoxide, which comes out around the front doors of the boiler. Because this condition poses a definite safety hazard, service to the boiler was discontinued. For safety reasons, we advise you to have this problem corrected by a qualified repairman of your choice. After repairs have been made, please notify us in writing of the repair date, type of repairs, and the name of the firm and/or repairman so we may update our files. A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the city/county building department officials. Please be advised that in some cases a building permit will be required to make repairs. This is the responsibility of your repairman and/or heating contractor. If you have questions about this problem, please telephone me at 221-8560.
