This observation was performed on May 26, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with KLP foundation plan, Job No. 4027. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. This observation was performed on June 10, 1999. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan drawn by KLP, Plan No. 4027/Full.
