Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 35,
Shenandoah, (6850 Kaslam Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was
performed on May 26, 1999.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with KLP foundation plan, Job
No. 4027. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing
locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.

We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 35, Shenandoah, (6850 Kalsam), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on June 10, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan drawn
by KLP, Plan No. 4027/Full.
