On February 24, 1995, Empire Laboratories, Inc. observed the
foundation construction for an office building under construction
at Lot 3, OakRidge Business Park, Seventeenth Filing, Fort Collins,
Colorado.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that
the foundation wall steel placement is in accordance with the plans
and specifications for this project.

foundation construction for an office building being constructed at
the above -referenced project.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that
the foundation wall and pedestal steel placement at Grid lines A-B,
1-2.2 is in accordance with the plans and specifications for this
project.

above referenced project on April 20 and 24, 1995. Please find
enclosed Report of Masonry Observation sheets for the portions of
work observed.

observed was placed in accordance with the plans and specifications
