We are pleased to quote the landscape and irrigation installation per the above referenced project as
follows
landscape including soil prep in all turf areas at 3 C%y organics per 1000 square feet, plantings. steel
header, weed barrier, bluegrass sod, dryland seeding, and pole peel wood mulch

turf areas watered with pop-up sprays and all shrub beds and plantings in dryland turf areas watered with
drip irrigation. Power to the controller (by Delta) located near the tap. Sleeves are included prior to any
curb, walk, or form installation.

This quote includes a 3.655'0' state and county sales tax, irrigation submittal to the City Utility Services
and permit. The grade is bascd on +/- .I foot final grade prior to installation by Rath Dryland seeding is
included south of the south walk and around the outside perimeter to the turn around on the north sick
The additional patio is included.
Add alternate #1 install fiber fir wood mulch in lieu of pole peel mulch Add 5 300.00
Add alternate 92- Install steel header and wood mulch around the groundcover
and shrubs in the south side dryland seeded area Add $ 595 00
