Dear Mr. Drahota:
Enclosed are in -place field density test results obtained by our
personnel after placement in the areas identified at the above -
referenced project.
The field density test results were obtained utilizing a nuclear
moisture density gauge are included, along with the maximum density
and optimum moisture data developed for the material being placed.
The tests were performed in general accordance with the test
procedures referenced on the attached reports.

referenced project on August 16 and 18, 1995.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the weld sizes at the steel roof deck and the steel bar
joist supports are in accordance with the shop drawings prepared for the project.
