Subject: Observation of Reinforcing Steel for a Structure at 821 Roma Valley Drive, Lot 6b, Miramount
Valley Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
Reference: Foundation Plans for the Subject Site by Moy-Nassar Associates, Job No. 96192,Model No. 148
An observation was made of the placement and size of the reinforcing steel in the foundation walls of the subject
structure. The observation showed that the grade and spacing of reinforcing steel were in general compliance
with the above referenced foundation plans.
