Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 88, Registry Ridge, (6809 Hancock Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on October 17, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP's foundation plan,
Plan No. 4028.
