A representative from Terracon observed the foundation construction for the referenced lot located
within the Warren Farms P.U.D. — 3rd Filing on November 29, 2000 as requested. The foundation
system, consisting of a non -reinforced 16-inch width perimeter spread footing along with a
reinforced foundation wall were placed prior to our observation.
Observations made after the foundation construction was completed, indicated that the footing
sizes and foundation wall steel placement, as detected by the use of a Fisher M-Slope Model 100
Rebar Locator/Metal Probe, are in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.
