On January 8, 2001, Weeks & Associates observed the foundation excavation at the referenced
site as requested. Observations indicate the soil at the foundation level is sandy lean clay.
Based on site observations, it is our opinion the spread footing foundation system as detailed on
the -foundation -plan- by Weeks- & Assotiatm ins, Project No. 20335, is applicable for the site
soil conditions.
