not completed within the time set fort bove and approved on final inspection by the Building Department, then
unless the time for completion is ex nded by written order of the Building Department, the signers of this
certificate agree to immediately vocot the structure and not to occupy the same until all requirements have been
complied with.

in the owner's na e. Construction power rates maybe substantially higher than the rate to which
the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary
arrangements to transfer City Ulities into the owner's name, utilities will continue to be
furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
