Model No. 164 Walkout with Wood Floor
An observation was made of the piers drilled at the subject site on the referenced date. The piers observed were
bottomed in materials suitable to support design pressures as recommended in the above referenced documents.
The soils exposed in the excavation and the type of foundation under construction are consistent with the
recommendations presented in the referenced documents.
The piers observed met the minimum penetration and shaft length specifications of Reference No. 2 and were
drilled and cleaned to our satisfaction.
