On November 11, 1991, Empire Laboratories, Inc. observed the foundation con-
struction for a townhome under construction at 924 Shire Court, Fort Col-
lins, Colorado, a site more particularly described as Lots 29 & 30, Sunder-
ing Townhomes, 2nd Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado.
Observations -made -during the foundatforr construction indicate that the foun-
dation wall steel and void form material placement are in accordance with
the plans and specifications for this project.
