We observed the reinforcing steel placed in the foundation forms at the subject site on July
6, 1999. All observed foundation wall reinforcement met the specifications for size, type
and installation as per foundation plan, Project No. COCO-9B6A-18-327A 1, dated June
3, 1999, prepared by Landmark Engineering Ltd.
