have inspected the above -described radon mitigation system and have found it to be installed in accordance with
the building standards set forth in Section 1210 of the Building Code of the City of Fort Collins, unless otherwise
specifically noted above. This certification does not extend to any conditions resulting from subsequent acts or
omissions of the building contractor, owner, or other persons i connection with the installation, operation, or
maintenance of such radon mitigation system.
