Dear Sir:
It has come to my attention that You are using paper signs as outside
signs (along your canopy). The use of paper signs as outside signs is
prohibited by Section 118-97 J of the Code of the City of Fort Collins,
except that special permit may be granted by the City Zoning Officer for
the use of such in connection with a special event. Please discontinue
immediately the use of these paper signs as outside signs. Window
displays incorporating placards, pennants, merchandise, pictures or
models of products or services are not considered signs.
Portable signs are also prohibited by ordinance (Section 118-97 E).
Please have these also removed from the premises.
If any additional signage is ever desired, it is necessary to first
contact this office for authorization.
