Subject: Observation of Drain System for a Structure at 838 Roma Valley Drive, Lot 11, Miramount
Valley Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
An observation was made of the drain system at the subject structure. The drain system materials observed were
found to be in general accordance with our recommendations. Random measurements taken from the top of
the foundation walls to the top of the drain pipe indicate that a positive slope was maintained to the sump.
A visual observation showed that asphaltic damp proofing has been applied to the exterior walls of the
foundation.
