In February, 1978, our firm made a structural design of the
foundation for residential Unit B (Plans by James A. Cox,
Architects and Associates) to be constructed in the above -
referenced subdivision. The footing sizes for the proposed
structures were included in our letter dated February 28,
1978. (See ELI Project No. 2933-77).
On February 23, 1979, a member of our firm made an inspection
at the above -referenced lot. The purpose of this inspection
was to visually verify that the foundation was constructed
in accordance with our letter of February 28, 1978.
Based on our visual inspection, it appears that the founda-
tion has been constructed in accordance with our recommenda-
tions included in our letter dated February 28, 1978.
