Subject: Observation of Reinforcing Steel for a Structure at 809 Roma Valley Drive, Lot 64, Miramount
Valley Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
Reference: Foundation Plans for the Subject Site by Moy-Nassar Associates, Job No. 96191,Model No. 143
An observation was made of the placement and size of the reinforcing steel in the foundation walls of the subject
structure. The observation showed that the grade and spacing of reinforcing steel were in general compliance
with the above referenced foundation plans.
