It is our opinion that the sunroom may be supported on an eight (8) inch grade beam with one (1) #5 top and bottom with no footing. The grade beam shall extend a minimum of thirty (30) inches below grade and be isolated from the slab. Rafters may be 2x10's at two (2) feet on center with 2x6 collars at each rafter.
