Dear Mr. Riccio
Thank you for the information pertaining to the Renato woodburning
oven. It is my understanding that this product is being considered
for installation at a restaurant located in our jurisdiction. The
information you supplied addresses the Underwriters Laboratory
listing of the appliance only. In addition to this information we
would require testing information showing that the appliance meets
the most stringent emission standards for wood stoves established
by the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission as of the time of
installation of the appliance. I am enclosing a copy of our local
ordinance, information on the state regulation and the testing
standards for your use. Use of the appliance in a restaurant would
require review and approval by the Larimer County Health
Department.
