1. "Gross Area of Exterior Walls", includesall above grade walls and the entire wall of each "garden" story wall with a
average below -grade area < 50%; plus all exterior doors, windows, and all similar openings in any basement wall.
2. Use a weighted average UA where there..are multiple component types within a category.
3. Specify manufacturer, model, frame material, sash opening size, NFRC U-value (including basement windows).. Attach
.window schedule if necessary, or use default tables for windows and doors. Use (0.92) x rough opening = sash area
