OBSERVATIONS
In general, the size, type and placement of the reinforcing steel are consistent with the structural
requirements outlined in the foundation plan prepared by this office. The horizontal reinforcement
consists of No. 5, Grade 40 steel, while the vertical reinforcement was No. 4, Grade 60 reinforcing
bar. All observed steel reinforcement was tied together properly, with laps at splices and corner
bars being 24 inches minimum in length.

None. (Ream pockets were not in place at the time of these observations)
