Discrepancies follow below: 1) Provide at least (3) 2 x 4 built up columns at all load bearing headers, beams, and girder trusses as indicated on the structural framing plans. 2) Provide the required (4) 2 x 4 built up columns at the front girder truss as indicated on roof framing plan. 3) Verify that hurricane clips are installed on the mono trusses over the front porch area. 4) Ensure that front porch posts are installed according to the roof framing plan. 5) Provide the required (4) 2 x 4 built up columns at the rear header in the kitchen nook area as indicated on the upper level floor framing plan. 6) Provide the required (4) 2 x 4 built up column on the north wail -of the dining room -to support the girder truss above as indicated on the upper level floor framing plan. 7) Provide the required (4) 2 x 4 built up column to support the header in the parlor room. 8) Provide the required (S) 2 x 4 built up column at the corner of the entry and parlor room. 9) Provide solid blocking along main beam line, where possible.
