Lot 10 Block 2, Stanton Creek Subdivision, City of Ft Collins, Larimer County, Colorado James Company, the builder of the above mentioned property submitted these plans to the rater in November 1999 for use via the systems analysis method of complying with the Fort Collins Energy Code requirements. The subject is the builder's 2610 plan, a two-story plan. Subject has 3262 of square feet for Energy Score and Energy Code purposes. This square footage requires at rating of G-81 to comply with the Energy Code. The home was completed and used as a model home. In June of 2000 rater was asked to return and verify construction and complete a blower door test. The blower door revealed 2094 airflow at 50 Pascals pressure, which translated to .34 air changes per hour. Rater had conservatively used .45 air changes per hour for the from plans rating. These specifications produced an Energy Score of G-81 for this property. This G-81 rating passes the above mentioned Energy Code requirement of G-81 for a home this size.
