Mr. Standing Bear,
Thank you for taking the time today, to discuss_ the Hedgehop, Shelter, housed- in a -
specialized shed situated in your driveway. As you know the structure is just large
enough to require a building permit and compliance with zoning setbacks, which it does
not meet in it's current location. At this time a violation notice has been issued to you that
requires you to bring the structure into compliance by one of the following methods:
• Obtain a building permit and relocate this structure to a location on the site that
does comply with zoning setbacks.
• Replace this structure with another structure that complies with the size exemption.
• Relocate the animals indoors and remove this structure from this site.
This letter is to notify you, that if the violation can not be abated before March 15, 2001,
a summons to appear in court will be issued to you. Hopefully you can abate the violation
while at the same time maintaining the safety of the animals in your charge.
