On October 1 and 5, 1999, Terracon observed foundation construction at the referenced site.
Observations made on October 1, 1999 during the foundation construction indicate that the
foundation footing sizes and void form placements are in accordance with the plans and
specifications for this project. Observations made on October 5, 1999 indicate that the
foundation wall steel placements are in accordance with the plans and specifications for this
project.
