Gentlemen:
On August 16 and 18, 1999, Terracon observed foundation construction at the referenced site.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation footing
sizes and void form and foundation wall steel placements are in accordance with the plans and
specifications for this project. No grounding electrodes were observed at the time of our
foundation wall steel observation.
