NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING(S) AND ORDER FOR COMPLIANCE
BUILDING LOCATION: 625 Remington, Fort Collins, Colorado
BUILDING DESCRIPTION: Dwelling
OWNER:_ Joseph R. Lee, 6402 Knollview Drive, Spring, Texas 77389
Pursuant to Article 44-1 of the City Code and to Section 401 of the Uniform Code for
the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, the above building(s) have been found to be
dangerous because of the following conditions:
Section 302 (11) - unsecured openings in vac-a-ted_bulding which present an attractive
nuisance and a harbor for vagrants-_
NOTICE TO VACATE, DEMOLISH, OR REPAIR
The owner, as stated above, is hereby ordered and notified that:
A11 Methods of entry (dnors and windows) shall be secured against unauthorized entry
within 20 days from receipt of this notice. All required work shall be completed
within days from the date of commencement of the work. Failure to respond
within the time limits specified will require that the building(s) be posted as
unsafe to occupy and result in possible court action.
RIGHT TO APPEAL
This order may be appealed to the Building Board of Appeals in writing through the
City Building Inspection Office at 300 LaPorte Avenue, 221-6760. Any appeal must be
made within 30 days from receipt of this notice, otherwise iM rights to a hearing
will be waived.
