Re: 624 W Swallow Rd. Furnace Replacement
Dear Dana,
On 04/09/2001 Inspectors from the City of Fort Collins observed two vans from your
company changing out a furnace at the above mentioned address. The City has a ten (10)
day grace period for replacement of furnaces when it is an emergency in the evening or
on a weekend. As this was during the middle of the day on a Monday, this would not be
considered an emergency as such. To date no permit has been issued for this replacement
and as this is well passed the grace period, you are in violation of section 301 (a) of the
1991 Uniform Mechanical Code adopted by the City of Fort Collins. You are hereby
ordered to acquire said permit within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter. A double fee
will be charged to this address for this violation.
